Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing business strategies to ensure sustained growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Organizing and carrying out sales and marketing activities, such as roadshows and exhibitions.
  • Handling new sales inquiries and preparing quotations.
  • Working with the team on positioning, pricing, sales presentations, volume forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Overseeing, training, and motivating retail staff to achieve set KPIs.
  • Staying updated on consumer and competitor trends and conducting relevant analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail telecommunications products
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability in relationship building and management.
  • Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently
