Job Summary
Join Mega Gas as a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence in the Oil & Gas and F&B sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base in the Oil & Gas and F&B sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Conduct market research to analyze new markets and customer needs for strategic business growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to secure new contracts
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed company sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products and services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
- Provide regular, detailed sales reports and updates to management for performance tracking
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
- Strong networking and relationship management skills to build business connections
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Nitec, Diploma in Business Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or F&B industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful deal closures
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively
