Our client is a Medical Technology company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Business Development Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within clinics, healthcare professionals, and related businesses
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct professional product presentations and live demonstrations to showcase product benefits and clinical value
- Organize and deliver product training sessions and educational workshops for clients
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
- Gather market feedback and collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance product positioning
- Manage key accounts strategically to drive sustainable business growth
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline tracking, forecasts, and reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in skincare, medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Professional, ethical, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of dermatology or aesthetic medicine will be an added advantage
