Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Singapore

Reporting To: GM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Main Responsibilities

. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and leveraging existing networks.

. - Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, etc.) to generate qualified sales leads.

. - Conduct market research to uncover opportunities in both new and existing markets.

. - Develop and present tailored proposals that address each client's specific business needs.

. - Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.

. - Strategize and manage lead follow-ups to maximize conversion and uncover new prospects.

. - Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.

. - Gather and analyze client feedback to refine offerings and improve service delivery.

. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.

. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.

. - Draft and finalize client contracts based on approved proposals.

. - Provide reliable post-sales support and feedback to internal teams.

. - Maintain meaningful engagement with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.

. - Manage the company's LinkedIn page and assist with marketing initiatives.

Requirements

. - Minimum Diploma in any maritime discipline, with 3-4 years of sales experience in the marine industry within the region.

. - Excellent command of English, with strong presentation and communication skills suitable for C-level engagements.

. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.

. - Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with CRM tools is a strong advantage.

. - Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and customer service orientation.

. - Ideal for candidates who are ambitious and thrive in an independent work environment.
