. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and leveraging existing networks.

. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.
. - Draft and finalize client contracts based on approved proposals.
. - Provide reliable post-sales support and feedback to internal teams.
. - Maintain meaningful engagement with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
. - Manage the company's LinkedIn page and assist with marketing initiatives.
. - Minimum Diploma in any maritime discipline, with 3-4 years of sales experience in the marine industry within the region.
. - Excellent command of English, with strong presentation and communication skills suitable for C-level engagements.
. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
. - Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with CRM tools is a strong advantage.
. - Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and customer service orientation.
