Business Development Executive / Manager (Vietnam Market)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the Vietnamese education landscape Singapore Raffles Music College (SRMC) is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/ Manager to spearhead our growth in Vietnam and help aspiring artists realize their dreams in Singapore!

As our lead for the Vietnam market, you won't just be hitting targets-you'll be building a bridge between Vietnam's talent and Singapore's premier arts education. You will be the face of SRMC, managing high-level agent relationships and guiding students through one of the most exciting journeys of their lives. The position may be offered at the Executive or Manager level depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy: Execute high-growth recruitment strategies specifically tailored to the Vietnamese market.

• Partnership Management: Identify and nurture a robust network of education agents, schools, and partners across Vietnam (Hanoi, HCMC, Da Nang).

• Direct Sales: Exceed enrollment targets through proactive consultations, presentations, and lead conversion.

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring Vietnamese education trends and competitor moves.

• Representation: Travel and represent SRMC at major international education fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements

• Market Expert: Deep familiarity with the Vietnamese K-12 and Higher Education system.

• Linguistic Skills: Native or professional fluency in Vietnamese and English (essential for parent consultations and agent training).

• Sales Hunter: A proven track record in meeting sales KPIs, preferably in the private education sector in Singapore.

• Cultural Intelligence: Ability to navigate the nuances of Vietnamese business etiquette and student/parent expectations.

• Networker: An existing network of education agents in Vietnam is a massive plus!+
