Hubbleislookingforadynamic Business DevelopmentExecutive /Manager(HunterRole)whohasthetalent&abilitytogeneratenewbusiness(newlogoacquisitionorexpandinginexistingclientbase).Theyshouldhaveaconsultativesalesapproachandasuccessfultrackrecordofengagingandclosingclientswithpolishedpresentation&productdemoskills.Thispersonmustdemonstrateallthebehaviorsassociatedwithahigh-performancesalesculture,specificallymanagingapipelineofnewbusinessopportunitiesanddeliveringresultsagainstaquota.Thisindividualwillprovidethebestsalesexperiencepossibleforourcustomers.You'll:

  • Drivesalesengagementstoexceedactivity,pipeline,andrevenuegoalseveryquarter.
  • BuildaSalesplantomaximizerevenueandcustomersatisfactionwithinyouraccounts/territory.
  • Analysesales/metricsdatafromyouraccounts/territorytohelpevolveyourstrategy&execution.
  • BecometheresidentexpertontheHubbleplatformandsellourcloud-basedsoftwaresuitetoneworexistingclients(newopportunities).
  • Educate&wowcustomersbydemonstratingHubble'ssoftwareandprescriberelevantusecasesthatwilldeliverstrongbusinessimpact.
  • Demonstratevaluetokeystakeholders.Confidentlyengagedifferentstakeholders,negotiatewin-winagreementsandcloselargedeals.
  • Alignwithinternalstakeholders,includingCustomerSuccess,MarketingandProductManagementteams.
  • Developlong-termstrategicrelationshipsandensuresatisfactionwithKeyaccounts.

Whatweneedfromyou:

  • MinimumFive(5)yearsinB2BsoftwaresaleswithatleastTwo(2)yearsofexperiencesellingSaaSproductstoC-Level,SeniorManagement,andKeyInfluencers.
  • Proventrackrecordofconsistentsales/territorygrowthandquotaachievement(huntingrole)byclosing6-digitdollarcontracts.
  • Newlogoacquisitions&expansionwithexistingclients(newopportunities)usingsolution-sellingtechniques.
  • Demonstratedabilitytonavigatecomplexmultiple-stakeholderdealenvironmentandtrackrecordofsuccessfulsellingtocompaniesinSingapore.
  • Strategicaccountplanningandexecutionskills,andcomfortwithsalesmanagementtools,e.g.Salesforce,Hubspot,etc.
  • Skilledinbothvirtual&in-personpresentationswiththeabilitytocreatestrongimpactthroughSaaSproductdemonstrations.
  • Beabletoconstructandarticulatestrongbusinesscasestotheclients/ prospects.
  • Vibrantandenergeticattitude,withwillingnesstoperformandgetthingsdone.
