The ideal candidate for this role must capable of planning activities and formulating strategies to maintain relationship with the existing clients and find the next sales. They should also be comfortable with cold calling and on-ground sales activities.
Candidates should preferably have experience with HR solutions and employment services and have direct leads to key decision-makers of SMEs that can be readily tapped on.

Performance Objectives :
- Determine prospective customers need for Employment Services, Payroll Outsourcing, Advisory, HR Tools or Employee Handbook Solutions
- Prepare and present proposals with close follow-ups throughout the sales process
- Close sales
- Promote account growth by consistently delivering post-sales activities, managing customer relationships, and looking to identify new needs and business opportunity
- Accountable for analysis of customer needs, developing solutions, creating proposals and negotiating with customers and prospects.
- Achieve agreed sales quota and expectations
- Bachelor's degree with 2 -5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Japanese Visa and working pass related
- Previous sales experiences with SMEs, Employment Services or HR Solutions
- Proven sales ability and track-record
- Customer service orientation
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good time management
- Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
- Able to handle objections and unexpected situations that may arise in the sales process
