The Business Development Executive helps expand Company's distribution network, partnerships, and retail channels across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and regional markets.
This role drives growth for Company's ecosystem-including products, solutions, and international trade partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Partnerships
- Identify and secure new B2B partners: convenience stores, supermarkets, cafs, hotels, attractions, retailers, distributors, and export partners
- Pitch Company's brands and products to corporate partners
- Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and supply agreements
- Support onboarding of new merchants for company machines/programs
Account Management
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and distributors
- Ensure product availability, merchandising, and promotion execution
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Channel Expansion
- Grow presence in SG/MY/VN convenience channels (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, GS25, CU)
- Support entry into new export markets
- Identify strategic collaborations with malls, landlords, and lifestyle partners
Project Support
- Assist in organizing sampling events, roadshows, exhibitions, and partnerships
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales or BD experience (FMCG, retail, F&B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel when required
