We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by increasing revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target markets.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Maintain CRM systems and track all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (entry-level roles may accept strong fresh graduates).
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
