Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Proactively prospect for new clients, make sales calls, and negotiate contracts. Open new accounts by delivering a tangible value proposition to clients, understanding their needs, opportunities, and challenges.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and how they align with client needs. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance client success and revenue growth.
Geographic Account Mapping: Skillfully map accounts geographically to optimize market penetration and uncover growth opportunities. Use geographic insights for strategic planning and tailored client solutions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with colleagues, HR and Finance teams to ensure a coordinated approach to account management.
Sales Administration: Handle administrative tasks associated with the role, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and tracking sales activity.
