About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in manpower outsourcing and a proven ability to develop partnerships within the IT industry. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a manpower outsourcing company, with solid exposure to B2B client development and established industry networks.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by acquiring new IT industry clients (data centres, system integrators, software & hardware firms).
- Leverage existing networks and market knowledge to expand the client base.
- Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and margin targets.
- Research IT manpower trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with recruitment, operations, and finance teams to deliver manpower outsourcing solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Development within a manpower outsourcing company.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's manpower market and IT industry staffing needs.
- Established client network and ability to generate leads quickly.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and independent, with a hunter mindset.
