We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and forward-thinking Business Development Executive to join our growing jewellery retail business. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business growth, innovation, customer experience, market expansion, CSR initiatives, and brand development.
Fresh graduates with strong business acumen and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
. Research and identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and potential growth areas.
. Analyze customer behaviour, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic business decisions.
. Propose innovative ideas, automation initiatives, and operational improvements to enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
. Support brand acceleration initiatives through strategic partnerships, campaigns, collaborations, and retail activations.
. Develop and recommend new concepts to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and retail operations.
. Assist management in evaluating expansion opportunities, new product categories, and market penetration strategies.
. Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events, promotional activities, and selected CSR/community engagement initiatives aligned with the company's values and brand image.
. Monitor customer feedback and propose service enhancement initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
. Work closely with retail operations, marketing, and management teams to implement business growth strategies.
. Prepare reports, presentations, market analysis, and business insights for management review.
. Maintain proper records of business leads, partnerships, proposals, and development activities.
. Represent the company professionally while upholding the brand image and values.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or related field.
. Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply.
. Strong interest in business development, innovation, branding, and customer engagement.
. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
. Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and willing to learn.
. Basic understanding of digital marketing, automation tools, AI tools, or social media platforms will be an added advantage.
. Passion for luxury retail, customer experience, and brand building.
