Studio by RICE creates engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help bring new clients on board and grow our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through online and offline channels
- Present creative social media content ideas and strategies to clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with the creative team on proposals and campaigns
- Assist with administrative tasks including quotations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Stay updated on social media trends to advise clients
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and client-facing activities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable for targets
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
