They are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow their HR solutions business. This role involves identifying new customers, managing the full sales cycle, and guiding clients through the sales process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Present products and proposals to potential clients
- Handle the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Build strong client relationships for ongoing business
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics
- Work with internal teams to support client needs
- Stay updated with new technology trends
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong hunter mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationship with existing client.
- Comfortable working towards targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, positive, and willing to learn
