Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to lead our High Net Worth (HNW) marketing and relationship strategy. This role focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining high-net-worth individuals through trust-based partnerships, private engagements, and premium brand positioning - not mass marketing.

You will play a key role in positioning our healthcare and longevity services as the trusted choice for discerning clients who value privacy, exclusivity, personalization, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

HNW Relationship Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with private bankers, family offices, wealth managers, and concierge partners

  • Develop strategic partnerships with luxury real estate developers, private clubs, and premium service providers

  • Create referral networks that bring in qualified HNW clients

Private Engagement & Experience Marketing

  • Conceptualise and organise invitation-only events such as private dinners, medical briefings, and networking sessions

  • Curate bespoke engagement experiences for potential and existing HNW clients

  • Support concierge-style onboarding journeys for new members

Brand Positioning & Authority Building

  • Work with management to position the brand as a leader in healthcare, diagnostics, and longevity

  • Support thought leadership initiatives through curated content, speaking engagements, and high-end publications

  • Strengthen brand credibility through institutional and ecosystem partnerships

Business Development & Strategy

  • Identify opportunities to develop executive health, longevity memberships, and family health programs

  • Track partnership performance and client engagement metrics

  • Support management in expanding regional and cross-border medical concierge opportunities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, luxury marketing, or relationship management preferred

  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and professionals

  • Organised, resourceful, and able to plan premium events and engagements

  • Understanding of discretion, confidentiality, and service excellence

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working with HNW clients, luxury brands, or premium services

  • Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or longevity sectors is an advantage

  • Confident, well-presented, and relationship-driven personality
