Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities and managing existing customer relationships to achieve revenue and profit targets within the FMCG sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across market segments by creating value-added propositions aligned with the company's growth strategy
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts within the assigned territory to consistently deliver revenue and profit targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively addressing operational issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with trade customers to provide targeted sales and marketing support that enhances product visibility and sales performance
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade promotions and marketing activities to meet defined sales and marketing objectives
- Analyze sales data to generate accurate sales forecasts and optimize inventory levels for efficient stock management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related discipline with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support data analysis and presentation needs
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
