- Position : Business Development Executive (Healthcare)

Responsibilities:
- Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to case closure
- Grow patient referrals and expand partner networks
- Build strong relationships with patients, partners, and stakeholders
- Follow up on leads and cases to improve conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and events
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales updates, reports, and business development records
- Ensure compliance with company processes and approval procedures
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organised, and results-driven
- Comfortable engaging both B2B and B2C stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
