Business Development Executive (Health-tech)

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate, business development, and transformation initiatives, including expansion into new markets and emerging sectors
• Engage in pre-sales activities such as product demos, solution pitches, and stakeholder workshops
• Prepare and refine business documents, including business plans, proposals, and MOUs
• Assist in commercial and bidding processes, including RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and similar submissions
• Lead or coordinate strategic initiatives such as proof-of-concepts, pilot projects, and solution demonstrations
• Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to guide decision-making and strategy
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with local and international partners, vendors, and research institutions
• Drive strategic marketing efforts and support media/public relations events to enhance brand visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Accountancy & Finance, Arts & Social Sciences, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in startups, healthtech, wellness/fitness, or eldercare sectors is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for networking and relationship-building
• Genuine interest in innovation, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship
• Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset
