Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and competition
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and execute new business initiatives
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
