Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders, quotations, and cost estimates for transportation and logistics services to support competitive bidding
• Analyze client requirements and perform cost calculations to ensure profitable pricing
• Manage contract variations (e.g., changes in delivery scope, routes, or volume), billing adjustments, and final account reconciliation
• Monitor operational costs and budgets to ensure services are delivered within agreed financial targets
• Liaise with clients on service performance, delivery schedules, additional requirements, and contract-related matters
• Follow up with existing clients to identify opportunities for contract renewal, service expansion, and new business
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics services
• Support business development initiatives by maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to revenue growth

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
