Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tenders, quotations, and cost estimates for transportation and logistics services to support competitive bidding
- Analyze client requirements and perform cost calculations to ensure profitable pricing
- Manage contract variations (e.g., changes in delivery scope, routes, or volume), billing adjustments, and final account reconciliation
- Monitor operational costs and budgets to ensure services are delivered within agreed financial targets
- Liaise with clients on service performance, delivery schedules, additional requirements, and contract-related matters
- Follow up with existing clients to identify opportunities for contract renewal, service expansion, and new business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics services
- Support business development initiatives by maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to revenue growth
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
