The Business Development Executive's plays a key role in supporting management and driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to gain exposure across different aspects of the business while contributing to strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform business decisions. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and industry leaders.
Negotiate high-value contracts, agreements, and strategic alliances.
Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking platforms. - Develop strategic partnership and marketing strategy to attract potential overseas partners/investors/clients
- Engage with potential and existing customers to drive sales, introduce new products, and build long-term relationships.
- Track and monitor project timelines (e.g., new market expansion, business initiatives) and provide regular updates to management.
- Participate in strategy discussions, contribute ideas for growth opportunities, and support the implementation of business initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain organized records such as statements of accounts, invoices, and customer correspondence.
Requirements
. The ability to work under pressure.
. Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
. Knowledge in setting-up or managing a foodcourt (F&B industry) is a plus
. Potential overseas travel/assignment
