Job Scope:
To achieve Company's business growth (budget/target) with existing resources
To manage and expand new business and contribute to meet sales KPI
Manage a portfolio of new and potential customers via telephone contact
Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
Coordinate with different department and act as the customer's point of contact to ensure all queries, problem or issues are dealt with appropriately
Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the database
Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring
Credit control management
Sales support - preparing of quotations, coordination with overseas agents, monthly tariff & reporting
Any other ad hoc task assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
No prior experience required comprehensive training will be provided
Strong business acumen with good presentation and communication skills
Outspoken, proactive, and eager to learn within the logistics and freight forwarding industry
Sales-driven with strong initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Capable of multitasking and managing priorities effectively
Possession of a Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
