Responsibilities:
- Execute sales plans to achieve or exceed targets in the modern trade channel
- Grow new and existing business with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with modern trade partners
- Provide responsive customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years sales experience in the food industry, preferably in modern trade
- Knowledgeable about supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship building
- Able to analyze sales data and market trends to guide decisions
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office
