Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive with prior experience in the security industry to join our growing team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing proposals, and supporting the company's growth objectives within the security services sector.

Candidates with extensive industry experience, strong client networks, and proven sales performance may be considered for a senior position with a higher remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for security services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
  • Follow up on sales enquiries and leads promptly
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain good rapport with existing clients
  • Understand clients operational and security requirements
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Handle customer feedback and service-related discussions professionally

Tender & Proposal Management

  • Source and monitor relevant tender opportunities
  • Prepare and submit tender documents and supporting materials
  • Work closely with internal departments for pricing and operational support

Market & Industry Development

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Explore opportunities in new sectors and industries
  • Represent the company at networking sessions and industry events when required


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 2-5 years of business development or sales experience in the security industry
  • Good knowledge of Singapore security industry operations and regulations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess good interpersonal and client management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of clients within the security industry is an advantage
  • Experience in handling security service tenders preferred
  • Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
