Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to help us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing the security market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive landscape.
  • Create and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our security services.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to provide necessary collaterals for your strategies.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including price analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing optimization.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that the services offered meet the needs of the clients and are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Create a strategy for expansion that prioritizes both financial gain and customer contentment.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote the company's services and expand business relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales progress, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute on the company's overall strategic vision and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / relevant studies in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing in the security or related industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales, business development, and account management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the security industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
