Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and represent Royal Insignia at approximately 4 international exhibitions and trade shows per year, including luxury horological events in the Middle East.
  • Generate leads, engage prospective buyers, and convert exhibition contacts into business opportunities through structured follow-up.
  • Support day-to-day BD activities including outreach, pipeline management, proposal preparation, and client correspondence.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - lead generation, pitch, negotiation, close, and post-sale relationship management.
  • Liaise with Operations to ensure orders are fulfilled to specification and on schedule keep clients updated throughout.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback relay insights to management to inform product and brand strategy.
  • Uphold Royal Insignia's brand standards in all client interactions, maintaining the confidentiality of company and client information.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury goods sales comfortable engaging high-net-worth and discerning clientele in a premium environment.
  • Hands-on experience attending or exhibiting at international trade shows, exhibitions, or luxury roadshows.
  • Familiarity with the high-enddecorative timepiece or luxury horological sector is highly advantageous.
  • Immaculate personal presentationwith strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally approximately 4 times per year, including to the Middle East.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple client relationships concurrently.
