Job Description

We are seeking a driven andcustomer-focused Business Development Executive to join a growing educationservices organisation within the creative technology sector. The role focuseson growing corporate partnerships and drive B2B sales for professionaleducation and training programmes in creative technology fields such as gamedesign, animation, AR/VR, UI/UX, web development, and data science.

The ideal candidate is highlymotivated, service-oriented, and passionate about sales and education, the rolefocuses on identifying and developing new corporate accounts, promotingworkforce training solutions, and building long-term partnerships withcompanies, government-related organisations, and training sponsors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities and corporate accounts
  • Promote training programmes and education solutions to corporate clients
  • Conduct outreach, presentations, and meetings with HR/L&D decision makers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and training recommendations based on client needs
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and programme delivery

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in B2B sales are welcome to apply

Candidates with prior experiencein education, training, recruitment, HR solutions, or other service-based industries will have an advantage. Familiarity with the education and traininglandscape in Singapore, as well as exposure to digital marketing or lead generation activities (e.g. LinkedIn outreach, campaigns, or events), will bebeneficial in driving business development success.
