Position Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing brand awareness, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the restaurant's customer base through marketing initiatives, corporate sales, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase restaurant revenue.
Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, event organizers, and community groups.
Promote catering services, private events, and corporate dining packages.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase customer traffic and brand visibility.
Manage social media platforms and coordinate promotional activities.
Collaborate with influencers, media partners, and food bloggers to enhance brand awareness.
Assist in developing promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing content.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
Address customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Develop customer loyalty and retention programs.
Conduct follow-ups with clients to encourage repeat business.
4. Event & Catering Development
Promote and secure catering contracts, corporate functions, and special events.
Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure successful event execution.
Identify opportunities for participation in food festivals, exhibitions, and community events.
5. Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging industry trends.
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular business development reports.
Recommend strategies to improve revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
6. Administrative Duties
Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Support management in developing business growth strategies and expansion plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or the F&B industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing platforms.
Knowledge of Turkish, Mediterranean, or international restaurant operations is an advantage.

General Manager / Restaurant Director
Working Environment
Based at Anatolia Turkish Restaurant with frequent client meetings, networking events, and promotional activities conducted outside the restaurant premises.
