Role Overview
Asa Business Development Executive (Data Center), you will drive Petracarbon's growth in the rapidly expanding Data Center industry. This role combines strategic business development, technical understanding, and customer engagement to promote advanced solutions from Parker Data Center Solutions and nVent Liquid Cooling.
Key Responsibilities
. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Data Center industry.
. Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and develop new customers.
. Work with internal teams to deliver excellent technical and commercial support.
. Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking to generate leads.
. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
. Responsible for sales performance, activities and provide after-sales services to customers.
. Track sales activities, prepare reports, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
. At least 2-3years of sales or business development experience, preferably in semiconductor/data center industry.
. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
. A team player with a can-do attitude and a solution-focused mindset.
. Possess valid driving licence and own vehicle is a plus.
