About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Support Executive to assist with business development and operational tasks. You will support center recruitment, manage school collaborations, and help explore new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development Support
- Assist the Business Development Manager with outreach, lead generation, follow-up communications, and site visitations
- Support market research, proposal preparation, and partnership coordination
- Handle ad-hoc business development tasks as assigned
2. School Collaboration Management
- Plan and coordinate instructor schedules, class changes, and substitutions
- Organize trial classes, roadshows, and promotional events
- Manage program registrations, materials ordering, databases, and attendance records
- Conduct classes when instructors are unavailable (training provided)
- Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with schools
- Develop marketing collaterals to increase enrolments
- Conduct on-site visitations to observe classes and provide feedback and training
3. New Business Exploration
- Support exploration and execution of new business channels and opportunities
- Provide support for cross-company events and initiatives
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in program coordination, education, or customer service is a plus
Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing to travel between centres and support on-site events
