Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, interior design, and building materials sectors
- Manage and grow existing client accounts including main contractors, subcontractors, tiling specialists, and interior designers
- Promote and sell tile adhesive and related construction solutions to project stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, and project decision-makers to secure specifications
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits
- Monitor project pipelines and follow through from specification to project completion
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales of tile adhesives, construction chemicals, or related building materials
- Existing client base within main contractors, subcontractors, interior designers, or construction-related companies
- Strong understanding of the construction project cycle and specification process
- Ability to independently drive sales and manage project pipelines
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
