We are on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Functions
. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
. Prepare customized proposals and presentations outlining our business services, pricing, and value proposition.
. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and secure long-term partnerships with key clients.
. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product/service enhancements and differentiation.
. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Generate regular reports to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
.Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment of business strategies.
Job Requirements
. Diploma or equivalent holder
. Proven track record of success in business development or sales
. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
. Results-Oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales target
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
. Willingness to travel within Singapore.
