Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Intelligence
- Maintain and update departmental records, project trackers, and client databases to ensure easy access to historical data.
- Conduct thorough market research by gathering and organizing relevant information on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities in Singapore.
- Analyze data related to labor, material costs, and government land sales (GLS) to support strategic decision-making.
Client & Partner Engagement
- Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key clients, consultants, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
- Assist in organizing and preparing for client meetings, presentations, and site visits, ensuring a professional representation of the company.
- Act as a point of contact for partner queries during the pre-qualification and tender stages
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for management review and HQ reporting requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, tender success rates, and feedback from clients to refine future bidding strategies
- Assist in drafting comprehensive reports on business development activities and market findings in Singapore.
Tender Coordination & Process Management
- Assist in project-oriented business development activities, with a primary focus on the end-to-end coordination of tender preparation.
- Monitor internal submission processes, ensuring that all documentation, pricing inputs, and compliance checks are completed accurately and submitted before strict deadlines
- Liaise with technical, commercial, and legal teams to track the progress of bids and facilitate the timely execution of deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and basic calculations.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and meticulous, with strong summarization skills.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
- Eager and patient to learn and grow progressively.
