To manage Business Development with focus in Contract Logistics , Warehousing and Transportation.
To identify new business opportunities, drive sales activities and solicit contract logistics business in Singapore, Malaysia and India.
To build and lead a strong Business Development team towards achieving both short-term & long-term sales target.
To establish regional supply chain sales strategy and lead the team become one of the top logistics company in Singapore.
Promote existing customers retention, cross selling and upselling.
Able to provide customer with warehousing design solutions and work closely with Contract Logistics Innovation and Operational team during on-boarding and implementation process
To report and present sales performance update during internal meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree above
Major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
8 to 15 years experience in logistics, specifically Contract Logistics business
Proven track record in generating New Business Development/Sales experience
Candidates experience working in a Global/ Top forwarding company are welcome to apply
Experienced in developing and managing large-scale, long-term contracts and global accounts
Strong customer network connection in Singapore, Malaysia and India.
Experience in supply chain solutions system (FIS/WMS/TMS)
