We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive - Cleaning Services to support the company in developing new cleaning business opportunities beyond our existing preschool cleaning operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to identify potential clients, follow up with enquiries, arrange site visits, understand client requirements, coordinate quotation preparation and support smooth service commencement.
This role is suitable for someone with experience or interest in cleaning services, facilities management, manpower deployment, commercial cleaning operations, client servicing or business development.
Key Responsibilities
. Identify and follow up on new cleaning business opportunities, including office cleaning, commercial cleaning, tuition centres, clinics, retail premises, post-renovation cleaning, periodic cleaning and deep cleaning services.
. Follow up with enquiries, arrange site visits and understand client cleaning requirements.
. Coordinate quotation preparation with the management team.
. Assist in preparing service scope, manpower requirements, deployment plans and client follow-up records.
. Support the management team in client communication, quotation follow-up and service proposal preparation.
. Coordinate with the operations team and site supervisors to ensure smooth project commencement and service delivery.
. Work with the recruitment team to follow up on manpower requirements for new and existing projects.
. Maintain good client relationships and assist in feedback handling, service recovery and renewal follow-up.
. Conduct site visits to check cleaning requirements, service standards, workplace safety and operational needs.
. Prepare weekly updates on leads, enquiries, quotations, site visits and client follow-up status.
. Support the company in expanding into new cleaning service segments beyond preschool cleaning.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
. At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in cleaning services, facilities management, manpower services, commercial cleaning, operations, sales support or related industries.
. Experience in business development, client servicing, site visits, quotation coordination or account servicing will be an advantage.
. Able to understand cleaning job scopes, manpower requirements and service delivery requirements.
. Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
. Able to work independently and follow up with clients and internal teams.
. Comfortable working with frontline workers, supervisors, clients and management.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
. Able to communicate in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers and stakeholders.
. Responsible, proactive and willing to learn about cleaning operations and business development.
