Job Title: Business Development Executive

Own and close deals with major healthcare institutions

About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from building key customer relationships, to identifying opportunities and closing deals with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers. This role requires a combination of commercial drive, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments. This is a role requiring on-the-ground activity and strong client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and community care providers.
Build and manage a strong pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Engage and influence multiple stakeholders (clinicians, department heads, procurement teams, senior management)
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to clinical and commercial audiences.
Represent Articares at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, both locally and internationally.
Collaborate with clinical, product, and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
Ensure a high standard of customer experience from initial engagement through to post-sale relationship management
Provide structured market feedback, including customer needs, competitive insights, and opportunities for product development.
Requirements
3+ years in B2B sales, business development or commercial roles (healthcare/medtech preferred).
Motivated, out-of-the-box thinking
High proactiveness, persistence, and drive to achieve performance goals
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Willing to travel locally and internationally as needed
Singaporean/Permanent Resident.
Note: we welcome clinicians looking to transition into commercial roles. Candidates with occupational therapy, physiotherapy & rehabilitation technology experience will be advantageous and will be considered even without prior sales experience.
