As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new clients and business opportunities across the Asia Pacific region (excluding China). You will manage early-stage client relationships, build trust with prospective customers, and work closely with internal stakeholders to support the transition and closing of deals.
This is a remote, field-based role, based in Singapore.

With a focus on enhancing patient experiences and improving product efficacy, they offer a comprehensive range of services, including drug development, clinical supply, and commercial manufacturing.
The Job
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across the APAC region (excluding China) through outbound prospecting, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers by delivering high-quality engagement and clearly communicating product and service value propositions.
- Collaborate with Business Development team to support the qualification, progression, and seamless handover of early-stage opportunities.
- Coordinate client meetings and commercial discussions in partnership with the Business Development team to support solution positioning and address customer requirements.
- Execute targeted sales campaigns, including follow-ups on marketing-generated leads, outreach activities, and conversion of engagement into qualified opportunities.
- Leverage market intelligence platforms (e.g., TrialTrove, GlobalData, Zymewire) to identify market trends, generate insights, and support targeted prospecting strategies.
- Manage CRM activities including accurate tracking of pipeline, customer interactions, and sales performance reporting.
- Provide commercial support including research, bid preparation, vendor qualification, CDA processing, and coordination of sales-related activities to support deal progression and win rates.
- Support marketing and events initiatives such as trade shows and territory campaigns, ensuring proper execution, tracking, and reporting of outcomes.
- Support management with ad hoc reporting and performance tracking aligned to APAC go-to-market strategy.
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business is preferred.
- 2 years experience in sales, project management, supply chain, marketing, recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Independent and a self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 25% to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
