About the Role
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our business, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance)
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Atleast 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in FMCG is a plus
