Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches to prospective customers.
- Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development progress.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O level & bilingual
- Preferably with experience in Beauty Industry but not necessary
- Must able to converse in Mandarin in order to liase with Client/counterpart.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
