Business Development Manager - Façade & Building Maintenance

What You'll Earn
Basic salary SGD $3,000-$4,500 (commensurate with experience), plus uncapped commission paid separately per project closed. Top performers in this sector regularly out-earn their base salary through commission alone - your income grows directly with your deal flow.

What You'll Do
You'll drive new business in façade maintenance, re-sealant, and glass replacement projects - both for completed buildings and ongoing construction (A&A) works. This is a business delelopment role with real closing power: you'll source and convert your own and company provided pipeline, shape go-to-market strategy, and have a direct hand in partnerships and market expansion. You'll also represent the company at industry events and trade shows, building the network that fuels your next deal.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years in business development, any industry
• Façade maintenance project experience is a strong plus, not a requirement
