1. Business Development & Pipeline Support

. Support in identifying and developing new business opportunities across international markets

. Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline track opportunities and follow ups

. Support proposal preparation, client presentations, and commercial discussions

2. Client Engagement & Onboarding Support

. Participate in early stage client discussions and relationship building

. Coordinate onboarding requirements with internal teams

. Ensure client information and documentation are properly captured and organised

3. Market Research & Strategy Support

. Conduct research on target markets, competitors, and industry trends

. Support the team in identifying new distribution channels and partnership opportunities

4. Relationship Management

. Build and maintain relationships with partners, advisors, and stakeholders

. Support senior team members in meetings, follow ups, and client communications

5. Internal Coordination

. Work closely with compliance, operations, and client service teams to support onboarding

. Ensure smooth handover of clients to internal teams post onboarding

6. Compliance & Governance

. Ensure all activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements

. Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for client interactions
