We are a dynamic trading company specializing in importing 3C products (computers, communications, and consumer electronics) and distributing them across Singapore. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our distributor network, fostering strong relationships with suppliers, and exploring new market opportunities in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing distributors and onboard new ones.

. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and negotiate favorable terms.

. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

. Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build brand awareness and generate business leads.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the trading or 3C products industry.

. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with partners in China and Singapore.

. Strong understanding of the markets in China and Singapore, with a keen interest in expanding into Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

. Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.

. Willingness to travel as required for market exploration and relationship building.
