Develop deep customer insights through account demand mapping and competitive landscape analysis to inform strategic priorities and differentiated value propositions.
Build and manage multi-level stakeholder relationships across key accounts, including executive-level engagement to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Drive competitive benchmarking and formulate account-specific strategies develop compelling value propositions tailored to priority accounts.
Oversee and grow the business partner ecosystem, fostering joint innovation, co-marketing initiatives, and technical collaboration around strategic accounts.
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure business development initiatives are aligned with broader organizational goals and delivery capabilities.
Conduct regular strategic account reviews and business performance analysis, presenting key progress and expansion outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of territorial business development, sales and or account management experience.
Strong strategic account insight and multi-level stakeholder engagement capability, with the ability to drive executive-level interactions and strategic partnerships.
High sense of ownership, strong learning agility and execution capability self-driven with excellent communication and coordination skills able to work under pressure and willing to travel.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools strong analytical, information-gathering, and written communication skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, to facilitate effective coordination with HQ and cross-regional stakeholders.
