- Develop & execute business development strategies to increase venue revenue
- Identify new income streams - VIP memberships, bottle packages, corporate bookings, event partnerships
- Conduct market research & competitor benchmarking within Singapore nightlife industry
- Create and implement revenue models for weekdays, weekends, festive seasons and special events
2. Partnership, Sponsorship & VIP Relationship Management
- Build high-value partnerships with:
Luxury brands & lifestyle partners
Hotel & tourism partners
Influencers, talent agencies & entertainment promoters
Beverage suppliers & premium liquor distributors - Develop long-term VIP guest relationships and private membership programs
- Coordinate corporate event bookings, tourism partnerships and private functions
3. Marketing & Brand Development
- Work with marketing team to create lifestyle campaigns & digital content plans
- Oversee brand positioning, reputation management & social engagement
- Approve theme nights, celebrity appearances, DJs & artist bookings for brand enhancement
- Manage PR events, media exposure & influencer marketing programs
4. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Lead B2B and B2C sales strategies for club packages, table bookings & membership programs
- Drive corporate event sales & luxury segment engagement
- Monitor sales performance, lead conversion & customer retention metrics
5. Financial & Commercial Planning
- Develop sales forecasts & market expansion strategies
- Review P&L, commercial performance, and sales dashboards with management
- Manage budgets for brand campaigns, entertainment programs & partnership activations
- Negotiate sponsorship & partnership commercial terms
6. Operational & Compliance Collaboration
(Not operational head, but collaborates closely)
- Work with Operations Director & Compliance manager on:
Entertainment licensing (SPF Public Entertainment)
Liquor license compliance & marketing rules
Brand-safe advertising within Singapore guidelines - Ensure all promotional events comply with Singapore laws & venue licensing
7. Networking & Industry Engagement
- Represent the venue in industry events, tourism forums, luxury brand networks
- Engage community & government stakeholders to build positive brand image
- Build premium client ecosystems, nightlife alliances, concierge networks
8. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead Business Development, Marketing & VIP Relations teams
- Coach and train promoters, concierge team and guest relations executives
- Establish performance KPIs & incentive programs
