Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong client partnerships and driving growth We're looking for an experienced Business Development, Director to join our team and lead expansion across high-impact sectors including Fashion, Technology, Data Centres, Spare Parts Logistics, Reverse Logistics, and Rack & Stack services within the APAC regions ( Singapore, Hong Kong, China , Japan and Australia)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted verticals or industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Work closely with operations and solutions teams to deliver customized 3PL service offerings
- Manage the full business development cycle-from lead generation to contract closure
- Stay ahead of market trends and client needs to deliver insight-driven solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Min 5 years , proven track record in business development within the 3PL or logistics/supply chain industry
- Strong domain knowledge in the sectors : Fashion, Technology, Data Centres, Spare Parts, Reverse Logistics, Rack & Stack
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- A results-driven, strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on
- Self-motivated and collaborative with cross-functional teams
