Job Description

Our client is an innovative enterprise resource SaaS software company. We are sourcing on behalf of our client for a Business Development Director, based in Singapore.


  • Work closely with clients, proposing innovative solutions to improve their operations
  • Take charge of client acquisition and create new business opportunities to maintain the company's relevance and competitive edge
  • Target potential prospects, pursue new leads, take charge of deal-making, repeat-sales and partnerships
  • Lead and manage a team
  • Conduct market share analysis to develop revenue growth strategies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key partners and executive sponsors
  • Develop and establish key channel partners in target areas.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts, and coordinating the management of all other accounts.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client pain points and communicate user requirements to improve product offerings


  • Bachelor degree
  • Min 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
  • Able to navigate complex multiple stakeholder deal environment
  • Independent, focused and driven
  • Able to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth
  • Excel at developing proposals and presentation slides
  • Expertise in CRM such as Hubspot
