UnlockLand is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead regional growth initiatives across Asia-Pacific and global markets. Based in Singapore, this fully remote role is ideal for an experienced business leader with strong expertise in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion within real estate, PropTech, AI, or related industries.
The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, build high-value partnerships, and accelerate UnlockLand's presence among developers, investors, asset managers, and institutional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional and international business development strategies
- Identify, pursue, and close enterprise-level sales opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with developers, investors, government entities, and industry partners
- Lead partnership negotiations, client presentations, and commercial agreements
- Expand UnlockLand's market presence across APAC, the Middle East, and other strategic regions
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams
- Represent UnlockLand at conferences, investor meetings, and international industry events
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and new growth channels
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
- Strong network in real estate, development, technology, or investment sectors
- Proven success in scaling B2B growth and managing high-value client relationships
- Experience in PropTech, SaaS, AI, or real estate development is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and highly capable in a fully remote environment
- Based in Singapore
- Willingness to travel internationally for business development and client engagement
