The Opportunity:

• $9,000 - $15,000 Basic + Sales Incentive

Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Facilities Management

The Job:

• Drive profitable revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
• Build and maintain strong C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, positioning company as a strategic long-term partner.
• Develop market strategies, lead proposals and commercial negotiations, and collaborate with operations to secure and deliver large-scale contracts.
• Monitor industry trends, strengthen competitive positioning, and ensure accurate pipeline management.

The Talent:

• Degree in Business or related discipline (MBA is an advantage)
• 10 - 15 years of business development or sales leadership experience, with strong exposure to the Facilities Management industry.
• Proven track record in strategic partnerships, new logo acquisition, and complex solution selling.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and ability to operate at senior management level.
