Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the firm's global liquidity and institutional partnership strategy, driving significant growth in trading volume, revenue, and market reach.
  • Oversee acquisition and management of strategic institutional, brokerage, and exchange partners, cultivating high-value, long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement forward-looking business development plans, identifying emerging opportunities across regions and product offerings.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and partnership structuring, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and risk parameters.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across trading, operations, compliance, legal, and product teams to enable seamless execution and delivery of liquidity solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic decisions and identify new revenue streams.
  • Monitor and report on key business metrics, partnership performance, and market insights to executive leadership, shaping organizational strategy.
  • Drive cross-border initiatives, including new market entry, strategic alliances, and liquidity expansion programs.
  • Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing business development team, establishing best practices and fostering a culture of growth, ownership, and execution excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in institutional business development, sales, or partnership management, ideally within crypto, digital assets, or financial markets.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale strategic partnerships and consistently achieving commercial and revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including liquidity provision, institutional trading, and exchange dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, capable of influencing senior executives and stakeholders globally.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while driving long-term strategic initiatives.
