. Focus on China MICE Market and Local China Corporate client's business development (MICE)
. Develop business growth strategies and plans, manage, retain and increase client base
. Negotiate with stakeholders, business partners and clients
. Research business opportunities and viable income streams
. Draft and review contracts, write business proposals
. Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
. Identify and source for partnership opportunities and outreach through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
. Collaborate with management and internal stakeholders to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
. Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with Company's contract guidelines and policies
. Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organisation - represent our brand and act as our partners internal liaison
. Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
. Maintain excellent ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnerships
. Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
. Diploma with minimally 3 years of relevant work experience in China market business development, sales and/or partnerships
. Experience with handling China clients will be preferred.
. Possess a strong network of business contacts over the course of career
. Sales-driven and result-oriented
. Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of personal energy
. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
. Critical thinker with a strategic mind and problem-solving skills, including risk/roadblock identification
. Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed
